MFY Resources Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated in Malaysia on 28 September 2016. It began as MFY Kitchen Sdn. Bhd. and was renamed in March 2021, when the work moved toward import, export, and general trading.
It is a private limited company limited by shares, wholly owned by its director, with a paid-up capital of RM 1,000,000. Operations run from Bandar Baru Bangi in Selangor — within reach of Port Klang and Kuala Lumpur International Airport.
